CARLOS DE ROSSELLÓ MORENO

Carlos is Lawyer specialist in Tax Law, active in the tax area over 26 years, having worked before as head of the legal department in big organizations, among others Philips Informática, as well as other prestigious law firms.

He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, a Bachelors degree in Business Sciences, Bachelors degree in Tax Law from the Univeristy Abat Oliba, Master in Tax Law from the Univeristy of Barcelona, and a Doctorate in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

He has taken courses in the London School of Economics as well as in the Harvard Law School and has obtained many research grants, highlighting the grant from the Spanish Ministry of Education, and the prize for the best doctoral thesis from Caja Madrid Foundation.

PETER PEFFERMANN

Peter is Lawyer specialist in Corporate Law, Energy Law, International Business Law and Care Homes-Healthcare, with over 20 years’ experience, having worked before in other prestigious international law firms, among others BDO Lawyers in Barcelona and Heuking, Kühn, Lüer, Wojtek in Cologne.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona, a Master LL.M. Magister-Legum from the University of Cologne and a Master in Tax Law from the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). He also holds a training on Industrial Business Management – “Industriekaufmann” from ASET.

Rocío is Lawyer specialized in New Technologies and Information Technologies Law (IT), with over 10 years’ experience, having worked before in the legal department of different international companies, among others ARAG and France Telecom, as well as in national law firms.

She holds a degree in Law from the Univeristy Abat Oliba, Doctorate in IT Law from the University of Barcelona (DEA) and postgraduate in Data Protection from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).

Languages: English, French, Spanish and Catalan.

She has taken courses on IT Law in the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) and in the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). Digital Law World Congress in Barcelona, Information Society Law, Liability of Intermediary Service Providers (ICAB), and Legal Certainty in E-Commerce (ICADE-Madrid).

She has obtained several study and research grants, highlighting the grant on E-Commerce from the Catalan Institute of Consumption.

She is author of the monograph “E-commerce and consumer protection” and articles in legal journals.

She has experience as associated teacher in the University of Girona and in courses, seminars and conferences on IT Law.
